ORDER PROCESSING
An email will be sent within 24 hours of purchase with a preview of your customised page. Once your edible image sheet has been approved for printing by you, you will expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of design approval, using Australia Post, and should arrive within 3-6 business days.
Flat rate shipping of $12 applies to all orders shipping within Australia.
Free shipping applies when you spend over $100.
/ REFUNDS & RETURNS
As these are customisable orders, we do not accept change of mind refunds
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at calistaskitchen@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the items condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis, but will try our best to work towards a reasonable solution.
